Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing experimental marketing campaigns for our diverse client base. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and successful implementation of our strategies. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, organizational skills, and relationship management expertise.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.

Understand clients' marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to develop tailored strategies and campaigns.

Collaborate with clients to develop project briefs, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
2. Campaign/Event Planning and Execution:

Work closely with internal teams, including creative, design, and production, to develop and implement experiential marketing campaigns/events.

Assist in the development of campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets.

Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Deliver a post-event report for various clients.
3. Project Coordination:

Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Ad hoc expenses must be recorded in the running costs tracker for the respective month.

Follow up with internal teams to ensure all suppliers have been paid timeously.
4. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

Curate engaging content for various social media platforms. This involves outlining the content plan/calendar, crafting engaging messaging, briefing design, scheduling posts, scheduling paid advertising (lead gen campaigns) and working with the client to deliver social media content calendars on a monthly basis. Ad hoc social posts will be required from time to time.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and actively engage with the audience.

Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Deliver a quarterly social media marketing report for various clients by pulling data from Databox and analyzing this against current trends, etc.
5. Digital Marketing:

Create and schedule mailers using MailChimp.

Deliver a quarterly report for various clients
6. Reporting and Analytics:

Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiar with Trello, MailChimp, Databox and other marketing related systems.

Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multi-task i.e. you will be expected to manage multiple projects with different requirements, deadlines, variables, etc simultaneously.

The candidate should be proactive and solutions-orientated, finding a creative approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
